Development, and Finnish language file

I have 'released' an intermediate development version of Nucleus. More information on Dev.Nucleus. Please note that this version is only intended for testing purposes. If you just want to install Nucleus on your server, go for the stable v1.1 release. For a real releasen you will most likely have to wait until mid-august...

A new language file has also been added today. Marko Seppänen provided a Finnish language file. Thanks!
