Is the Italic tag avalaible in the version 3.3.4 because in the version 3.2.7 the italic tag is missing?

Is there any User guide on line for version 3.3.4?

Yama
I installed new version is here. (v3.4.2)

It is an excellent , excellent Editor it saved me so much work this is great. Cool

I noticed an unpleasant bug.

When resizing or doing anything on a video instead of having two windows poping up

I have two windows poping up on the top of each other (see my picture) Very Happy

If I try to close one the other one closes as well.

Here is the picture from two different situations. Idea Idea

Any help will be appreciated... thanks Yama. Idea

Hello G888

What does a browser use?

http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/tryit/full.php
Does it become the same even if it tries here?

= = = UNDER FIREFOX 3.06 = = = =

- Yama with the previous photo I used Firefox 3.6 my favorite browser (photo ABOVE).
-- The Video is inside the editor - excellent
-- The small trick is to know how to show the window-below-the-first window.
-- One of my trick with FireFox3.6 is to RIGHT-CLICK on the Image or Video , Then ... RIGHT-CLICK AGAIN on part of the Hidden-Window... et Voila!!!..
-- Yama have you got a trick for that? & program modified?

= = = UNDER IE 8.06 = = = =
- Photo Below included in this post I used INTERNET EXPLORER 8.06 and I found a bug related to IE8.06
(This IE8.06 bug is more serious than with FireFox3.6 because IE8XXX is harder to navigate) Mr. Green

-- On IE8.06 > YouTube-Image or FLV-Image displays outside the Editor.!!! Mr. Green
---- On IE8.06 > Blue lines are part of the image with Red markers (red circles) being the size of the actual YouTube or FLV image. Mr. Green
----- On IE8.06 > the top red circle is the center of the image??? Mr. Green

-- On IE8.06 > The drop down menu shows correctly (no extra window).. The way it should be.

I prefer the look under Firefox 3.6 (even it has an extra window).
This small annoyance (large annoyance when do not know how to deal with it)
Firefox feel better to work with for me. Laughing

I always use Firefox 3.6 it is nice & allows me to do a lot more work than IE. Very Happy

With TinyMCE3.4 I would concentrate at improving the TinyMCE3.4 for Firefox. Very Happy

Yama if you have any suggestion please let me know.
Mr. Green

Yama I am still experiencing difficulties editing with TinyME 3.4.1

The editor is unstable.
I have constantly to re-introduce a freash copy of my code
I kept on "TextPad"editor... this is a lot of work...

The Javascript formating doesNOT stay in..

I am using FireFox 3.6
TinyMCE send the fresh script OK but when I read back again in my Editor TinyMCE
it is all jumble again.

Specialy the Break tags <br /> are erased by the editor.

Code:
<p><span style="font-size: 120%;">GRATITUDE POEM:</span> From the deepest and most profound place within me, I give grace for the love that I am, I give grace for the love that I am <br /> For the Love that is in my life and for the love around me, Thank you <br /> Thank you for the miracle of life that i am <br /> For the amazing gift of life that lives within me and that surrounds me, Thank you <br /> Thank you for this perfect body For the health and well-being Thank you <br /> Thank you for the abundance that I am <br /> Thank you for the abundance that I see around me <br />

I found very difficult to work with it.

Is there any manual or indications how to use TinyMCE3.4.1 latest version?

A list of Javascript tags that this editor recognized would be appreciated?

I think you can get rid of the <br /> tag problem by deactivation of the automatic breakline conversion in the blog's settings.

A problem I am experiencing is that (at least) this newest version does not support the NP_ImageManager plugin. Something has changed in the way the image-manager is called from within TinyMCE. It always calls the standard nucleus media manager.

I would be glad to know how to fix it. Confused

EDIT: Figured it out myself. I had to change the NP_TinyMCE.php to this again:

$param['file_browser_callback'] = 'myCustomFileBrowser';

Additionally more .../ in NP_Imagemanager.php are needed to point to the right folder for the imagemanager:

// Call ImageManager from TinyMCE
var manager = new ImageManager("../../../../../../plugins/imagemanager","en");';

Works well now.

Hello yama.kyms

I have NP_TinyMCE 3.4.2 and experiencing problems since the 11 Sept 2011.

In my item http://vraiment.info/french/index.php?itemid=601 all the YouTube videos can not be entered as simple Flash or IFrame code anymore.

Go to the end of that page and see the YouTube story " Only Interested by the first story- 6'45" the Rainbow Serpent".
With TinyMCE I tried to enter like all the other Items in my blog , the YouTube code as
Code:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6sXlvvg5cxs
as Iframe or Flash

From the 11Sept2100 through TinyMC Flash or Iframe code
Code:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6sXlvvg5cxs
displayed is totally different YouTube video.

To display the correct YouTube I have to enter through in TinyMCE- HTML & Edit (paste) the full code
Code:

<object width="560" height="450"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/6sXlvvg5cxs?version=3&amp;hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/6sXlvvg5cxs?version=3&amp;hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="560" height="450" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object>

This has happened since the 11 Sept 2011.

If you or anyone else has any explanations to all this, please let me know?

yama.kyms would your new version NP_TinyMCE 3.4.4 fixes this issue?

I am having a bit a difficulty to understand how do you upgrade from 3.4.2 to 3.4.4

Your Update TinyMCE 3.4.4 core has so many Update, how I deal with all this to update to 3.4.4... which one I use?

yama.kyms I am very greatfull to have your version 3.4.2 it is such a great version and thing changes like every thing.

Hi I'm using TinyMCE 3.3.4 and it has been working fine, but I have not been able to get the video button to work. It appears to go the the process of uploading a movie, gives the progress bar and when complete, nothing is in the media manager list. So far I have just uploaded using ftp, but I now need the button to work.

The Global settings are set for file types, size etc. Does anyone know what the problem might be or if upgrading to the latest version would work better?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
